Yucky Carpet – Clean as New

Hi Jim, Wanted to let you know that I thought we’d have to replace part of our carpet, but you saved the day. My husband had an internal bleeding problem, and before the ambulance came, it was all over the bedroom carpet. The carpet was forgotten in taking care of him and getting him to the hospital and a few days later came home to a mess. I did wet it and put baking soda and cleaner on it and let it sit. I later found out the cleaner was not the answer for blood stains, but I didn’t get to come home again to clean for a few more days, so nothing came out. Our kids phoned you and you came right out and took care of everything and what a miracle I found when I came home to not even a trace of any stain on the carpet and you even cleaned areas in the living room in less than an hour.
I can’t thank you enough and would recommend you to anyone having a big or small problem for cleaning, and most of all I don’t have to replace any of our carpet; its beautiful. — thanks again. Nancy

Jim, thank you for recently cleaning the carpet in a rental. I was thinking of replacing the carpet due to rust and a moldy smell, but you were able to bring the carpet back to life.

Great Service – Great Results! — Jim arrived at our Manson home this morning right on time in spite of the snow storm and went right to work. He and his assistant were very careful with their equipment as they moved from room to room and within each room. We had a large, hard-to-clean area in one of the bedrooms. Jim wasn’t satisfied with the results of the initial cleaning and did the whole room again before packing up. We appreciated the extra effort in that room and the excellent results throughout the whole house. We will be repeat customers for sure! And, by the way, we found Jim to be as entertaining in person as he is in his live radio ads! – Howard & Patti
