In talking to Jim, I made an appointment for him to come and evaluate my carpets — living room, dining room and bedrooms. I was happily surprised when I came home to see how much better the carpets looked than I ever thought they could. But the biggest surprise was the three area rugs that Jim and Todd cleaned as a bonus. And, still the price was what we’d originally agreed upon. I called Jim that evening and wanted to pay for the additional three large area rugs he had done.
